Photography Inspiration

As a still life photographer, I follow other photographers on Instagram who also photograph still life. I enjoy studying their work, looking at how they use light, and gaining photography inspiration. One of those photographers is Kate Bragg. I attended Kate's and Allyson's workshop in Maine last summer wanting to soak up some of that still life wisdom and talent that Kate exudes. (Plus, she is such an incredibly nice person!!!)Kate is such a giving person and has started a new feature on her site. She offers some free recipes and tips in her resource library. You can check it out on her website by signing up for her newsletter. One of her recipes is for chocolate chip cookies. Now, if you are like me, you've been making chocolate chip cookies for years. And, frankly, I haven't had many homemade chocolate chip cookies that I didn't like. But let me tell you, the little spin Kate put on her recipe is fantastic!!! The only modification I made was to add walnuts. Needless to say, I cannot wait to try her other recipes.  Thank you Kate! My family and I loved these! So be sure to check out Kate's work for some beautiful images of Maine and her still life work, yummy recipes, and some photography inspiration.
