Amazing Magical Morning
OK, so it wasn't exactly a magical morning. It was actually a perfectly average late autumn morning. But, as I often do, I went out walking with my camera. I live in a rural area and the route of my morning walks is pretty much the same each day with a little variation now and then. I walk along the rows of trees in our walnut orchard to the back of our property where there is a slough and lots of vegetation - trees, berry vines, poison oak, and weeds.

      Farewell, November
It’s time to say ' farewell, November ' and jump into December. So, it was nice to enjoy a quiet morning.When I got up to refill my coffee, I opened the blinds and saw the best thing ever! FOG!
      
      Waterfowl at the National Wildlife Refuge
I had high hopes for practicing some techniques I had recently reviewed for photographing waterfowl. With my equipment, a towel to sit on, and my coffee, it was an exciting prospect to achieve the images for which I was so hopeful.
