Winter's arrival in December revealed snow and ice on bare branches illuminated by the setting sun.  So, with not a care other than to keep from slipping or falling, we bundled up, explored, and photographed this captivating area until the sun set. Surely, there is nothing quite like being in nature to leave your daily world and worries behind. Just. Go. Shoot.
