Chocolate Sunday Pudding

One of the treasures I hold dear is a handwritten cookbook of my grandmother's. Because she has been gone for over twenty years, it is even more special. It is faded, stained, and falling apart. But between those frayed covers there is a gold mine of memories of holidays and family suppers and moments shared. One of my favorites is Chocolate Sunday Pudding. It has a layer of brownie-like cake with a layer of rich chocolate pudding. Sooooo good!As I was browsing in an antique store about a month ago, I came across this blue Staffordshire bowl. It instantly made me think of Gramma and her Chocolate Sunday Pudding. So, I had to buy it and make that delicious dessert. Of course, photographs were in order.
