These neglected, not so photo-worthy gardens still managed to show off this summer!

Last winter and spring, I prepared my vegetable and flower garden plots for the upcoming growing season. Nothing too big nor fancy, but just the right size to enjoy. With all plans I still  just never know what the end result may look like. As well intentioned as I was about caring for my gardens, they ended up being somewhat neglected. But that didn't stop them from producing the fresh vegetables that we enjoyed at mealtime nor beautiful photo-worthy gardens that graced my yard and vases.Nature can be very forgiving on so many levels. Thankfully, she was very generous with the abundant vegetables and flowers from my gardens this season.
